Had an equipment snafu today. While mashing in. Me "%@-$- we just lost the bazooka tube." Brew partener in the most monotone calm voice. " Well now it's a 10 hour brew day." The way he said it was so funny I about pissed myself. Happy Saturday.

    Too funny. Still laughing.

So I was poking around the garage organizing my brewery. My loving wife was doing her nails watching something stupid. All of a sudden I hear a blood curdling scream. I go running into my house expecting the worse. My wifes nails are wet and she's flapping her arms screaming about flying...

    What a great day

I finally got to brew for the first time in months. Equipment upgrades and being super busy at work put things on hold. I didn't have any hiccups. Which is hard to believe considering I did a triple decoction mash and a continual hops schedule. Thanks HBT for helping me become the brewer I am.

    This guy I know

Over primed his beer with a little over two ounces of priming sugar. He uses grolsch bottles. I told him wait a week put one in the freezer drink it if it is good get the rest cold asap so the yeast would go dormant. Any other words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
