Don't stress it or overthink it at this point. It'll probably be just fine. In the future I would just stick to the recommended fermentation temp, and not worry about an OG that was slightly higher. Enjoy it!!

Yep, I agree- if no starter then use 2 packets of dry yeast. That works fine.

I use Safale-US -05 sometimes, that works just fine.

Does anyone know the best way to ship bottled beer to other people in other states. UPS? USPS? Fed Ex? I want to do some trading with people from other states, but I didn't know the laws or what is the best way to pack it. thanks

I used pellet hops. I seem to get more flavor and better aroma with them. Also, not exactly sure how I got 94% attenuation. I couldn't control my fermentation temps and it was a little cooler in my basement then usual.
