    It's not much

    Actually, it's just a couple of shelves, but it keeps me organized. I just had to move into an apartment and have an outdoor closet by the balcony that I plan on brewing from. It's insulated, so when I put the primary on the shelf I can leave it there until I move it into the secondary below...

    What damage was done here?

    Carried my primary up a set of stairs(Moving) and shook it up pretty good. It's been almost 2 weeks since I put it in there and I am planning on moving it to the secondary tom. Think I can go ahead and do that?

    I was told I may have moved it from the primary too soon, but either way the bubbles wont go away. Can I go ahead and bottle or wait it out?

    contamination???

    I know there was a recent thread on this, but I need y'alls opinions on my beer. the first picture is from when I opened the primary fermenter. The second picture is from 2.5 hours later after transferring it into the carboy.

    Using dry yeast

    Does it matter if you sprinkle the yeast at the bottom of your fermenting bucket before you poor your wort in. I did that last night and wasn't sure if that would effect my beer.

    semi-flat beer

    After I have let my beer sit in the bottle for 10 days, I poor it and it has a good head. But while drinking it, it seems flat. Anyone??
