Do you *have* to use an enamel/stainless steel pot or can you use an aluminum one with no negative effects? Or even better, a Magnalite pot?
Back where I'm from you can't call yourself a chef if you don't have a set of Magnalite..and I do. :D
Just stopping in to say hello. I'm doing research because I'm interested in starting to homebrew.
I haven't even bought a kit or anything yet...but I've been lurking for an hour and I've already learned loads of stuff.
