    Adding priming sugar a night before bottling?

    Has anyone ever added their priming sugar a night prior to bottling just curious if this would affect bottle conditioning?

    Anyone ever use juice for priming sugar?

    I'm gonna be bottling later this afternoon and was wondering if anyone has experience with using juice more specifically guava nectar for priming? I'll be bottling a juicy NE IPA and thought it would up the juicyness of the brew. 🍻

    Transfering beer on top of yeast cake to finish fermentation

    As the title says can I transfer my NEIPA on a yeast cake from a blonde to finish fermentation. The FG is steady at 1.014 or should I let it be?

    Sulfur smelling beer.

    Anyone ever have a sulfur like smell come off there beer while its fermenting? I noticed a slight eggy smell. Hopefully it dissipates.

    Has anyone ever brewed a thc beer? I just recently did and cant wait to try it out! Its just a 1 1/2 gal second pull batch with 4 grams of pure kief. Should be about 3% abv not sure the mg per 12 oz but yeah should be good

    Mason jars for bottling?

    Can you use mason jars to bottle? I ran out of bottles and filled a few quart mason jars. Do yall think they can withstand the pressure

    Did i ruin my beer?

    I was taking a gravity reading from the spout and I pulled some sani into the fermenter. Will it be OK? I now know to pull the plug before hand.

    So i brewed a braggot adjunct with jasmine

    Last night I brewed a 3 1/8 gallon batch of braggot. With 3lb wildflower honey 3lb jasmine rice 1lb crystal malt 3 bay leaf 1/4 Simcoe hops at 60 min with SA-05 yeast and noticed today no krausen and it seems to be bottom fermenting. Is that ok? Fermentation ambient temp is 60 degrees F.

    Ale fermentation temps

    First time home brewer here and was wondering how cold is to cold for ales to ferment optimally? I'm using my basement as the fermentation station and its about 58-60 degrees. Is that to cold?
