I'm gonna be bottling later this afternoon and was wondering if anyone has experience with using juice more specifically guava nectar for priming? I'll be bottling a juicy NE IPA and thought it would up the juicyness of the brew. 🍻
Has anyone ever brewed a thc beer? I just recently did and cant wait to try it out! Its just a 1 1/2 gal second pull batch with 4 grams of pure kief. Should be about 3% abv not sure the mg per 12 oz but yeah should be good

Last night I brewed a 3 1/8 gallon batch of braggot. With 3lb wildflower honey 3lb jasmine rice 1lb crystal malt 3 bay leaf 1/4 Simcoe hops at 60 min with SA-05 yeast and noticed today no krausen and it seems to be bottom fermenting. Is that ok? Fermentation ambient temp is 60 degrees F.
First time home brewer here and was wondering how cold is to cold for ales to ferment optimally? I'm using my basement as the fermentation station and its about 58-60 degrees. Is that to cold?
