2 days into pitching my yeast fermentation was going nuts and day 3 was slow and a week into it there's nothing at all going on and my gravity is at 1.030
Yea I believe they said no more than 76 but under works great.. I'm gonna just keep an eye on it for a week or so I know I definitely shook up the wort good then pitched and shook again cuz I lost a batch before due to not enough oxygen so I don't think that's a issue this time
I pitched yeast 37hrs ago day 1 airlock all day was goin nuts this morning I noticed airlock just goin a little and it had light foaming starting and it looks to be not much more now I pitched wyeast American ale at 71 degrees is everything ok
Yeast temp was good I think I did no air out the wort enough from what I'm gathering... And havnt taking a gravity reading because it's only been 3 days when I posted this my og is all I have a 3 day test will not do anything
I don't see any yeast activity in my wort but the airlock does have some bubbles jumping this is day 3 there's no heavy foam on top of wort but there are some tiny bubbles I've never had this happen before and yeast was picked at proper temps and I picked more today but still no yeast activity...
