    Well I have an apple cider fermented at 69 degrees F with a belgian wit yeast that I need to bottle today. I think it's been going about 6 or 7 weeks I have to check on that though. I used organic pressed apple juice from whole foods. As soon as my grain mill and silicon hose arrive in the mail...
