Just used these methods in my last batch..... Worked soo good! Hooked up a spigot on the top of the fermenter to push CO2 into the fermenter and then push it directly into the keg out of the bottom spigot! I found a website that gave me the specs of a corny keg and what it weighs full of beer...

No its a natural spring that is about a half hour from my house. Constant running water year round... I should have just sent it for testing instead of my tap water.

I just sent out my tap water to ward labs and just received my report back today...... I mostly make IIPA and IPA and am looking for a little assistance in getting my water profile squared away to better suit my beers. Any assistance would be much appreciated! Cheers!

Has anyone been able to the GE 5cu ft freezer to work using this method? I tried it the other day but was only able to get my freezer to 20 degrees F. I am going to keep tinkering with it but just wanted to know if anyone got it to work. Thanks
January 14th I brewed my first ever beer! 5 gallons of Imperial Ipa! I also brewed a clone of Southern Tiers Unearthly Imperial Ipa today! 10 gallons+3718= 3728
