    Mine was high too. I hit 1.067. I was kinda surprised. It's still tasty but the alcohol is prevalent. I sparged really slowly. About 45 minutes and I think that's what it was. But like I said. It's still tasty.

    Just mashed this puppy. I mashed a bit higher at 154 and used a combination of 4# Golden Promise and 5.5#Maris Otter. Now I'm contending with a semi stuck sparge..Wish me Luck. Update: I made it!

    I just bottled this today. I subbed mosaic for the Amarillo because the LHBS was out. Otherwise follow the recipe. Hydrometer sample was tasty. Needs a few week to balance out. Solid BIPA recipe.
