Has anyone used a Frigidaire 8.7 cu. ft chest freezer for a keezer? Wondering how many kegs can fit in it with/without collar. Looked through several pages didn't see it mentioned

I am going to be brewing 5gallon batch of Helles and fermenting with Skare. With the last kviek brew I made I just mashed with a higher ph but that doesn't seem idea for a helles What's the best way to adjust preboil ph? I know you can use baking soda but that also increases salt.

This was my set up for fermenting my first kveik. I would use it to brew more kveik strains I am absolutely intrigued by them and to try all sorts of different brews
