Just wanted to report back on the Celeia IPA(more of a PA)... It's awesome! Herbal, lemon, citrus. I would highly suggest these hops to anyone who is on the fence. Cheers

Is it worth it/needed? $50ish For my Ales I have been just shaking the carboy/bucket. seems to be working fine. Want to do my first Lager. Buy O2 kit or just shake the carboy? Or what other methods do you guys/gals use?

I bought one after entering in this co test, figured I'd lose, so I ordered one. Very happy with it. I went with the shorter probe btw. Oh!!.... & im in!

If I am using a bucket, should I empty the airlock, starsan the tinfoil, cover the airlock?

All this talk about pulling the liquid from the air lock & introducing air while lowering temps, I figured this would be a good way to avoid both

For this of you who cold crash in the keg, how's this for a lager? After d-rest, while still at 60F, transfer to keg & cold crash/lager?
