1 part the above 5 parts water, added yeast.
Added yeast too hot at first, impatiently waited for 35°c, added a bit more, stuck it in the airing cupboard 😂
Smelled too yeasty for a while, that's eased off now, has a froth on top, so I'm hopeful 😊👍🏻
A really rough brew...
