    Just cracked one open and I must say this is one better beers I've made. I stuck to the recipe 100% except that I added 0.25 oz. coriander the last 15 minutes of the boil. The beer just plain tastes great! Thanks for the recipe!

    Perlick faucet replacement question

    I'm ready to buy some Perlick 525's to replace my cheap-o faucets that came with my dual tap tower that I bought from Beverage Factory. My question is, do I need to buy Perlicks WITH the shank or will the Perlick faucet by itself fit on my existing shanks?

    I found a fire extinguisher place near where I work in Arlington, TX. They charged me $20, which I thought was a little high, but at least they were friendly and spoke English. I didn't even have to tell them what the capacity of the tank was...... imagine that!
