What's the best way to minimize the amount of aeration during a transfer from primary to secondary? Or should I just dry-hop in primary and not worry about the secondary? Thanks for the help!

I've got 4 ounces of Santiam that I want to brew a kolsch with, but I don't want to use anything else even though according to beerlegends.com it is primarily an aroma hop...any suggestions on recipes? I've looked around, but have had no luck. http://beerlegends.com/santiam-hops
