I am thinking about scaling up to 5 gallons of kombucha. What do you do with bottling? Right now I brew 3 liters of kombucha and I have 3 450ml and 2 1L swing tops that I bottle kombucha with. I have a lot of beer bottles that I can use but I am worried about bottle bombs. Thanks.

I brewed this recipe and it's awesome. Brew on!

I made a dry hopped cider. I used 1.0 oz of Citra in the secondary for a week or so. I just used a hop bag and weighed it down with a sanitized pyrex bowl so the hop bag would sink to the bottom. It is delicious! I started dry hopping another 5 gallon batch today.
