I will be bottling my beer tomorrow. I have both b-brite cleaner and Star San sanitizer.
I am confused on which one to use for the bottles etc tomorrow.
On my last batch, I only used b brite.

I just brewed a double ipa last night and notice in the am everything seemed fine. I could hear it gurgle every couple of seconds.
Fast forward to tonight and I see wort (or looks like sugar) coming out of the airlock. Please see picture.

I started an IPA brew 2 weeks ago and it seems to still be fermenting in the carboy! (I can still hear the 'gurgling'). I typically leave my brew in the carboy for two weeks and then transfer it to bottles (no 2nd fermentation done).
