    Yeah I understand I was feeling interested in incorporating coffee cold steeping is the way to go if you want a pretty decent coffee flavor 10 ounces isn't too overpowering I'm pretty happy with it.

    I steeped iced coffee and just racked in the secondary and then racked the beer on top of it. Ten ounces seemed to be a pretty good amount if you want a a fairly strong coffee flavor but I also used Starbucks coffee so other coffee you might need a higher volume.     The taps don't really get that warm and don't end up with much foam really was kinda worried about nothing but i guess its a valid excuse to worry about heat when you live in florida.

    Yeah I think this will be what im doing here within the next few weeks. Once i buy a temperature controller so I can do a lager for my first keg fermenting. Anyone have recommendations on what kind of temperature controller to buy?

    Also should I even take a reading if it is still actively fermenting the airlock is still active just not as much as it has been maybe a bubble every minute or so.

    The temperature im fermenting at is about 68-69 degrees. I forget the exact OG it was spot on to the recipe. Yeah I think friday im going to open it up and do a gravity reading that will be exactly a week, this is also my first time ever using wyeast.
