    Quick Lager Method *UPDATED*

Question for you all... I'm trying this method and I increased temp slowly to about 66 degrees on Saturday. The og was 1.045 and the gravity on Saturday was 1.025. I just checked the gravity now as I was going to begin decreasing temp and it's at 1.024. What should I do? The fg should be around...

    Go to supplies websites

Hey everyone, Just curious as to what some of your "go to" websites are for everything home brewing. I'm still only extract brewing and my LHBS has limited hours so sometimes it'll order stuff online or like to browse for kits. What are some of you faves?

    NB Gaarden Hoe Question

I just brewed the NB gaarden hoe witbier extract kit. It says to ferment for 1-2 weeks then secondary for 2 weeks then bottle. It's been about 10 days in primary so far. I keg and don't bottle. Question is, do I need to secondary or can I just leave it in primary for a little longer. Or can I...
