    Thanks for your prompt reply. I'm wondering how to do a Google search for locust bean beer. I might have more luck using 'carob' or 'locust bean GUM' !?!? Some brands of ice cream use locust bean gum but I wouldn't know how to incorporate it into a beer recipe...:confused: Larry
