Making the upgrade soon from 3 tier gravity to a dual pump, three burner, single tier 5g setup. all grain. Also thinking of going from Aluminum to SS mash and BK.
Pretty sure I'm going to go with the 10g SSBrewtech for the BK. What would be the best 15g SS mash tun with recirculation...
I always freeze my fruit for 2 weeks, then thaw and puree under sanitized conditions. I think Calder is on the right track. I'm not sure what happens chemically in the heating process, but have headed the warnings of the other threads as well.

Managed to put this recipe together. Never brewed a GF beer before, let alone a pumpkin one. Would you guys please help me refine it before I brew it next month? for my buddy's wife that has celiac, so no gluten at all.

Prep:
Roast 1lb 3oz...
I always use a cut/tied piece of sanitized panty hose (uber cheap) with a sanitized weight. I tie a sanitized string to the top, run the string through my blowoff hole in the lit and cork the hole to suspend. (sanitize hands too).
