I have my 2nd brew fermenting since last weekend, havent seen airlock activity but as there is plenty of krausen i thinks its been and gone so im not worried...

    cooper's draugth in new zealand

Hey yea, Mangrove Jacks stuff is available at my local brew store, and in Nelson at Bin Inn Montgomery Square. No problem brewing at 20 or under here! I struggle to get above 20. So when i set up my Coopers this weekend i will use the Coopers yeast. See how it goes.

Final Gravity: Am I close enough?

    How much airlock activity?

Great advice. Im beginning to see i need to buy a LOT more bottles and a couple more fermenting barrels. That way I wont have to be impatient forever.

    How thick is the sediment?

Ok, so you transfer beer into bottling bucket then run it out the tap from there? How do you get the beer into the bottling bucket?

    How thick is the sediment?

Hi, I'm a noob with another silly question. How thick is the sediment on the bottom of the fermenter? I'm brewing an extract brew, 23 litres. I only worry because I am bottling after primary and I am hoping the tap is set high enough from the bottom so I dont fill my bottles with sediment...

    How much airlock activity?

OK cool. I will take a hydro today, and another tomorrow. If stable you think bottling Sunday would be ok? Deon
