I had never heard of Keith Stone except on Keystone bilboards, so I finally looked him up on Wikipedia. Now I know why I'd never heard of him before: He was made up by Coors to market Keystone. Does that count as a stupid comment on someone else's beer? :ban:

I accidentally threw in the 1/4 oz at 15 minutes instead of 5 (mentioned in another post), and will be sticking to that. It came out very well.

I've not had any issues since switching to Linux... But on my Windows gaming installation, I use Avast. No issues, but not much runtime.

I think I tried a little bit about a month ago. Problem is it's really fun to make, but I don't actually like apple juice, and it tastes like dry apple juice. So I'm planning to serve it to a party my wife is throwing for her roller derby friends ;)

Good catch, I forgot to list one of the ingredients (0.25 lbs Black Patent). I've updated the recipe, and I sincerely hope nobody followed it exactly and was disappointed. Sorry!

That may be true in general, but from experience, dunkelweizen + provolone is a bad combo :p
