I agree that an export version would be more extreme. Also, you'll note that I decided not to go for any Brett, which was one of the things mentioned in your first post.

Picked up some Green Bullet hopes and wondering what to do with them. Thinking about making an APA and using GB and Cascade at a 2:1 ratio.
Anyone tried combining these hops?
Made a stout with Briess roast barley and wasn't overly pleased with the result. This is partly my own fault because I didn't use enough (it's only 300L). To get a good roasty flavor I think I might need to run the % up to 20% or more. Has anybody done this and liked the results?
