You'll find that the algorithm adjusts quick enough on a first brew to not have to bother with a test run. You may get a really small over/under shoot when the temp changes or when maintaining a set point at first but nothing bad enough to impact your ferment 😊

I think this has been asked before but I can't find an answer - has anyone modified the legacy firmware to allow for the use of one of those mini OLED displays? I have a few in my parts box and it would be cool to have them display minimal information. Some of my controllers will only be used...

Can someone provide me with some guidance on how to get the logging directed to ThingSpeak? I have a channel set up with beer temp, beer setting, fridge temp, fridge setting. I'm not sure of the strings for data type and format. Also, is it possible to log out the room temp too? Thanks!
