as follows -
11.25 lb 2 row base
2 lbs Amber malt
1 lb Honey malt
.25 lbs crystal 120L
strike water around 165 degree, sparge around 185
1 oz Columbus 60 min
1 oz Amarillo 45 min
1 oz Kent Goldings 30 min
1 oz Kent...
lol. ya....my brain has a tough time with decimal division :P pretty soon im going to build a 5 gallon setup. for now this works with my kitchen and i can chill the wort in my freezer, haha.
