Starter is sitting at 100 I was able to get my fermentation cabinet up that high its been 2 day tastes like lemonade smells slight of acetone here is what it looks like
So do I wanna try and keep the starter at 130 for a week or let the temp Fall over a week and do I wanna keep the lacto inoculated wort at 100 for a few days till is add yeast at 70?
For slugs try taking a beer can that has been cut in half and then dig a little hole for the can to sit in level with the ground and fill it about half way up with beer. The beer attracts the slugs in and they fall in the beer and drown it works pretty damn good
I also built my trellis this year with pulleys and sisal rope to lower my bines down three diffrent varieties centennial Willamette and Chinook starting slow bit kinda getting going most are about a foot tall now
