Hi all . I got a problem , my Pale Ale SG 1052 now stuck on 1030 for 5 days already . Need it to finnish about 1013 . Been fermenting all for 17days now. Should i leave it for longer or should i bottle it over the weekend or dump the batch ?
What is on the pic is a "Spicey Weiss"
That brew was done like 5 weeks ago . Going to bottle my "WEST COAST PALE ALE" friday.
Must still plan my next brew day . You guys ?
