    Finally found what was eating my hops and pepper plants last night I started neem oiling this week. And now Im going to hunt these guys at night. Will that take care of them? Is the neem oil enough?

    Check this out This is the second time I found the tips broken/chewed/cut off. Any ideas that could be causing it and how I can stop it? Its a 2nd year cascade, and this is the only plant of 3 its happening to.
