I recently purchased a lot of equipment from someone getting out of home brewing In a box of random parts were these filters. Any idea what they should be used for? Part of the purchase was a single tier system with rims. The only thing I can think they may be used for is a filter for the rims...

Has anyone posted the extract recipe on beersmith? I have 6# of amber lme I need to use and this recipe sounds like a perfect candidate.

Thanks for the suggestions, think I'm going to try the Schlenkerla's Amber being that it's more the style of beer I like. Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I have 6 lbs of breiss sparkling amber liquid malt extract that I want to use. I have searched and can't easily locate a good recipe to use it on. I have the ability to do anything from extract to all grain brewing. Can anyone direct me to a good recipe I can use this extract on?

I emailed the seller 3 times and never heard back from him either. Think it might be a troller. If you do happen to get them I'd be more than happy to buy some from you. I'm in dire need of some cornys.

I brewed this as Orfys recipe is and has great flavor but is missing mouthfeel to me. Can anyone suggest the best way to add more mouthfeel for my taste. I was thinking adding malto dextrin, cara pils or flaked oats but not sure what would work best.
