I'm sure it will attenuate out to be nice and dry. Its just hard to imagine honey lemon in a refreshing way for me. Air lock activity stopped last weekend most likely. Haven't been home all week but it should be clear by the time I get home this weekend so I can drink/bottle I would imagine.

Did anyone else think halls cough drops when they tasted the must? Does the lemon come through more after fermentation?

I've entered a few and been watching too. It's my first comp too and can't wait for some honest feedback.

I'm a big fan of clutch and can't get it up here. its pretty cool when you go see those guys they are drinking humalupalicous and other beers from the local breweries. I just want to try it and have the bottle on my bar shelf really.

I'm in Michigan and can get quite a few beers and have a few things to possibly trade. Let me know.
