There is a distinct lemon taste as you take a sip. Does anyone know if they are adding lemon zest or something along those lines?

So is this to be fermented with larger yeast or Kolsch? Also will the Tettnang hops provide the lemon flavor profile?

Well since i have a good nomber of plants i decided to try both methods. Top a couple and let the others run amok;-) B-hoppy i have heard good things from my neighbor about Berts. Since it sounds like you are in my area have you checked out Candia Rd Brewing Co.?

Makes sense it would work that way. I hve 16 plants and each has 3-4 good bines trained so i should get a nice bunch of flowers this year!

My hops have already topped my 16' trellis. Should i snip the lead runners to produce a bushier plant with more flowers or let them run amuck?

I am in for sure! This will let me brew all summer!

Is it better to have the CO2 tank on the outside of the fridge? I know it is more convenient on the inside but does the cold temp help or hinder the carbonating process or rob the tank of pressure?:mug:
