hey guys I'm just kind of curious about this. I thought about it the other day. is it possible to make a beer or a kind of alcohol or something using like citrus fruit like oranges grapefruits limes lemons. any ideas just kind of curious as to what you can make with that
It fermented for two weeks they were in bottles for like a couple days...went to check on one and it spewed when I opened it...so I cold crashed them...its been a week since then...probably too much priming sugar
Ok guys now I have a new problem...the last three bottled I have opened have gone geyser on me....I have them cold crashed but they still spew. Any way to fix this or do I just have to suffer through this batch

I only added 1/4 cup o honey...so I will see how it turns out...might do a second batch here but with more honey...how would I go about adding say cherry to that? Would I put say cherry juice into the secondary?
