    It fermented for two weeks they were in bottles for like a couple days...went to check on one and it spewed when I opened it...so I cold crashed them...its been a week since then...probably too much priming sugar

    Ok guys now I have a new problem...the last three bottled I have opened have gone geyser on me....I have them cold crashed but they still spew. Any way to fix this or do I just have to suffer through this batch

    This sounds amazing...hat would be the best way to carb this? Would I go about it the same way as carbing cider?

    I only added 1/4 cup o honey...so I will see how it turns out...might do a second batch here but with more honey...how would I go about adding say cherry to that? Would I put say cherry juice into the secondary?

    Yeh I had added some at the beginning. It's sitting in the secondary. Should I leave it there longer than 21 days?

    So In That sense I am creating cyzer by replacing the extra sugar that I would normally put into cider with honey? If so is ther anything I should do that is different from cider and mead?
