I have been to several of the microbreweries in Baja and one in Mexico City. Starting to get quite a following.
I built a copper manifold/false bottom and picked up 10% when I went that route. I batch sparge mostly because fly sparging is a PITA! I got a couple of points when fly sparging, just isn't worth the trouble for me.
So I am seriously confused! I have brewed 3 different beers now and I am getting some really bad yeast attenuation. Figured I would ask everyone here to see if you guys can see what I am doing wrong.
First Batch - IPA
Mash Temp - 155
Mash Time - 60 Minutes
SG - 1.069
FG - 1.025...
I have never seen this thread before! I can add two this year... Then I went and bought a refractometer! No more of that broken glass sound for this guy.
