This is my first brew in 5 years.. quick question. I only have 1 Corny Keg and I don't want to bottle, but my recipe is an 11 gallon batch.
Can I ferment all 11 gallons and then store half in a refrigerator at a certain temperature for 1-2 months? Aka until I drink all 5 gallons of the...
From what I've read this morning (and I am obviously not a great source of information on the subject), it seems as though it's not much of a problem pre-boil because boiling rids the wort of the oxygen?
And I did read some posts by people who seem to know what they're talking about...
Thanks. That's what I was leaning towards after countless threads on the subject. Not that I'll encourage it or make the same mistake again.
Awesome quote by the way!
Oh, Impending Descent was incredible. It's not an easy thing to say, but it may be my favorite of all the scratch beers I've tried. I had to keep going back to take more than my fair share.

Hahaha that's great. I have a reputation to take things to the next level/too far, and seeing as this is a public forum, I will not go over the top.. as I whip my back.. (don't you do it!)
Hmm.. Ok. I was thinking I would age it to help mellow the bitterness, but I guess losing the flavor and aroma would be a double wammy.. if the flavor and aroma help fight the bitter battle.
Screw it, I'll drink it as it is and report my findings when it's finished. I'm sure if it's bad, I...
