Making my first micro cider got myself a 1gal (5lt) demijohn
4.5 lt apple juice ( no preservatives )
1.5 cups organic raw sugar
6 g wine yeast
I heated the apple juice dissolved the sugar, waited for the mix to get below 20 degrees and added the yeast. Air lock on Waited 7 days racked it in to second demijohn airlock on that's where I am now plan to leave for 7 more days then decant to bottles with carbonation tablet age for 8 weeks... Making up this recipe so happy for some input...
