So what kind of flavors did you get in the beer once finished? Strong apple flavor?

Well the beer is still green and has not completed conditioning yet.

I sampled one last night it was pretty good lots of fine co2 bubbles As for the taste yes very strong apple taste but i think it will mello with time. the spices are very faint but the are there.

They have only been in bottles 7 day. Head out next week for work and will be back in two weeks and sample another then.

Never used any kind of juice for priming but we will see how it works. Like i said it has bubbles very fine and small.
