That's 2 fermentors of Bells Two-Hearted clone (IPA), and 2 of a Rye IPA.
My brother just visited and put a big dent in both of those. Time to brew more!

I basically followed a couple of recipes on this site. I've made both of these beers numurous times, and made some tweeks to them, but I recommend you start with the recipes below. Yes, they are both winners.

That's a large temp-controlled chest freezer. I can get 6 better bottle carboys in there. It is great.
