Hi everybody,
I got a Youngs Double Chocolate Stout recipe from Brew Magazine and brewed it. Now its time to add Chocolate extract from Brewers Best to my secondary. The recipe calls for .33oz per 5 gallon batch. Is this fluid oz or weight oz? The bottle of extract says 4-5floz per 5 gallons. Is there any way to convert this or do I just use a scale?
