So I was drinking a Liftbridge Farmgirl, and tried to save some of the yeast at the bottom. I just saved it all in my fridge in the bottom of the bottle and poured them all into one. I made a 1L starter (boiled then cooled water with 10grams of DME) and added the yeast. It was making CO2 for a couple days, but has since stopped.... and it looks a little brown :(

Did I hose it up? Or should I add more DME?

You should have used 100grams of DME not 10g. Unless that was a typo. Go ahead and make another 1 liter and put the first starter in the fridge to decant the liquid then pour the new cooled wort on top of the yeast..
