My wife is tired of my hoppy beers (I'm not), so I've decided to be a nice husband and brew something a little milder. I put together a "honey wheat ale" recipe after a little research. I have American 1056, and English 1968 in stock in the fridge, I almost want to try the 1968....I like how this yeast drops out quick. Any Input/opinions are welcome, cheers!
