Ive been keeping my washed yeast in a little wine cooler that I picked up last fall for $15. It was great throught the winter, but the last couple of days the temps inside have been hovering in the upper 50s. Im thinking this thing is on it's last legs and will need replaced.
Main question is the yeast I have stored, what effect will the higher temps have on my stored yeast? WIll I need to dump them?
