I added 1/2 tsp to a yeast starter, boiled for 10 mins and got this.
I ended up swirling the mix and pitching yeast on the stir plate. The Wyeast Nutrient was given to me and I'm not sure if this is normal. Is it normal?
So would I add more yeast nutrient to the boil or would that be too much. Since I added it to the starter I don't see why I need more.
