yeast for style

hi all, looking for some advice. i got the 9097 old ale yeast and im going to use it for 11-11-11 gun stock. im looking for something else to make with the cake after its primary. also, since it has brett in it and can give off funky yeast flavors, could i use it for a high abv saison?

I think a big Saison would be an interesting experiment for this yeast - not at all what Wyeast had in mind from the description, but experimenting is always fun.
