I've recently brewed a double IPA using SanDiego Super Yeast I've racked out of the Primary leaving behind about 6" of beer on the Trub.
I've left this in the Carboy for about 3 weeks at 35-45F.
How long could this be viable, given that i pitch to a new starter and nourish for a day or two before I reuse it.
