Tasting Notes below provided by the judge at my LHBS:
Aroma- Big hoppy citrus on the nose. Some malt also (toast and caramel?)
Color- Medium copper. Excellent clarity. Good head retention (white collar of foam stands)
Flavor- Starts malty with nice caramel notes up front. Flavor mid palate is hoppy w/ lots of citrus character. I like the way the caramel blends with the hop flavor. Finish is long, malty, hoppy w/ a touch of yeast. Perhaps a bit of astringency in the finish. Bitter finish lingers
Body- Medium. Good mouthfeel
Overall Impression- I like the balance on this beer. I think the malt flavor balances really well with the hop flavor.
