Hi folks! Can someone please explain to me the differences between these beers? In particular, I'm trying to sort through the various hops and yeast strains that "belong" to each (or which are favored with each style). Any help is always greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Brandon

Witbier (Dutch for white beer) is a Belgian style described here.

Weizen is German for wheat with styles described here.

Any of these could be referred to as wheat beers, but if you are meaning American wheat that is described here.
