Have been brewing extract for a few months and am going to start all grain very soon. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for their favorite winter time kit, or any recipes? I'm pretty excited about starting all grain and would like a good winter brew to start out on. Any suggestions are welcome

Last year, I brewed AHS's Holiday Ale. Its an amber spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and mace. I'm doing it again this year and doubling up on the spices. It was pretty good.

I brewed midwest's happy holiday ale a couple of weeks ago but am going to let it age until it gets nice and cold outside but j was just wanting some variety. This kit was a dark spiced with nutmeg and cinnamon also I believe.
