Think Spike will release a low cost SS fermenter/bucket similar to Ss Brew Bucket or the Anvil product?
stainless conicals start out at about $300 for fully sanitary conicals with TC fittings.. I have one of these and prefer it to the ssbrewtech version I also have.Personally I'm looking for a better version of the Brew Bucket. There are plenty of low cost options with Ss, Anvil, Chapman, etc. I want something that can grow with me and that I can purchase additional accessories for. That's what interests me about conicals but I can't afford $600+ at one time.

Yeah your going to pay more for the toys I'm commenting on the best tool for the job and money, bling aside... Racking arms are totally not necessary with the side port many who have them dont use them but most 1.5 TC homebrewing racking arms would work on these fine.Yes, those are conicals but they don't have any accessories that are purpose built. Racking arm, temp control, insulated jacket, casters, bracing shelf, etc (all the fun toys). I know you're a big DIY guy but personally I'd rather buy purpose built accessories rather than cobbling something together myself.
