Wild Yeast in SS Conical

I have a Blichmann Conical fermenter and was wondering if using a wild yeast like ECY 20 in the conical would cause problems for future non wild beers in the fermenter.

I thought about doing a 10 gallon batch in my conical. all the gaskets can be replaced, and the stainless sanitized, but I do not want to keep my conical tied up for that long.

Just use a carboy/Better Bottle, or 2 if a 10 gallon batch.
